playing catch-up

I have been wanting to blog more but haven't made it happen.
So now for a little catch-up:

Two weekends ago we attended Luke and Lottie's Princess and Knight birthday party.

There was a bounce house...nothing else needs to be said as far as Joshua goes.

Anna Ruth loves "Go" and "LaLa"

Although not a dress up party, Missy Prissy loved wearing her crown, pretty dress and white shoes.
She was quite proud of herself!

Joshua and Luke particularly enjoyed the time when cupcakes and snacks were served.

Anna Ruth loves to snuggle with "Co"
Last weekend we went to Starkville's Touch a Truck event.
If anything could make a morning at Touch a Truck better it is going with one of your best friends.
Joshua's friend, Houston spent the morning with us and the boys had a blast!

The first hour of Touch a Truck is horn free.  This was a common sight once the second hour started.

We have had a lot of rain lately.  Joshua had multiple soccer games rained out at the end of his season and has had 3 baseball games rained out.  But this week we have already gotten to play 2 games.

The Tin Caps
Getting a group of 6 year old boys to pose like this was like watching cats being herded.

Our dear friend, Ms. Caroline, came to see Joshua play baseball this week.
He was so excited she was coming and told me before the game, "Mama, I don't think I'll be too nervous with Ms. Caroline there."  She loves us well!

The Easter Edition

It was a bright, sunny Easter this year!

We enjoyed spending time with our church family and having Dave's coworker over for lunch.

Be sure to check out the other two updates below...

The Joshua Edition

Joshua lost another tooth...soon he will have to eat through a straw!

Spring Soccer has been fun.  Joshua's team has dwindled to only 3 players since the fall.  When you play 3 on 3 and only have 3 players you get some good playing time.  The team formerly known as the lightening bolts has been renamed the 3 Amigos and is dominating their opponents!

Joshua is having a great time playing soccer and has really improved this season.

Baseball season started a couple weeks ago.  The "Tin Caps" won their first game last week.
Stay tuned for pictures from baseball season!

Be sure to check out Anna Ruth's update below.

The Anna Ruth edition

Anna Ruth has become quite the little diva!

She loves accessories...sunglasses, necklaces, bracelets, hats...the list goes on.

But she sure is cute!
