6-the number of different pairs of "big boy underpants" Joshua wore on Saturday alone
6 x 5 = 30 minutes-the number of minutes between required "go to the potty" sessions (and yet he still wore 6 pairs of underpants!)
6-the number of minutes we were home Monday before Joshua wet his underpants-the same exact pair he had kept dry ALL DAY at school.
6-the number of chores I could think of for Joshua to do...including sweeping the kitchen floor-especially while wearing his "I'm A Helpful Kid" hat he made at school
0.6-the number of seconds it takes Joshua to turn any common household tool into a sword
16-the number Joshua leaves out along with 12, 13, and 18 when counting to 20. It goes something like this...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 17, 14, 17, 19, 20.

one of the things we did with AJ, and it seemed to really work while potty training, we let him run around naked. i know, totally un-southern, and inappropriate... but i am telling you, the MINUTE he visually connected what he was feeling, to what was coming out, it CLICKED. and it eliminated that 6 pairs of underwear from the laundry :) we will continue to pray. i KNOW it can be exasperating... loves.
